Every ZYLIT® device is backed by a six-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, beginning from the original date of purchase. Proper care will help maintain the performance, appearance, and longevity of your ZYLIT® device. After each session, turn the device off and allow it to cool for at least 15 minutes before cleaning or touching the interior bottom surface of the Digital Control Unit, Chamber Base, or Stainless-Steel Shisha Bowl. Always use the ZYLIT serrated-tip tongs to remove the bowl from the chamber, as the bowl and surrounding components may remain extremely hot after use. Once the device has completely cooled: Digital Control Unit: Gently wipe the bottom contact surface with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Stainless-Steel Shisha Bowl: Use a wire-type dishwashing sponge or suitable cleaning pad to remove burned or stuck shisha residue, then clean thoroughly. Chamber Base & Silicone Components: The Chamber Base, Chamber Silicone Adapter, and Silicone Bowl Adapter may be briefly rinsed under running water as needed. Dry all components thoroughly before reassembly or use. Storage: Once completely clean and dry, store your ZYLIT in a cool, dry, protected location when not in use. IMPORTANT — DO NOT IMMERSE OR WASH THE DIGITAL CONTROL UNIT: The upper ZYLIT Digital Control Unit contains electronic components and is NOT waterproof. Never immerse it, rinse it under running water, or allow water to enter the unit. Only the designated removable chamber and washable components should be rinsed with water. Ensure all components are completely dry before reassembling or operating the device. CAUTION: Components may remain hot after the device has been switched off. Always allow a minimum of 15 minutes for cooling and confirm components are safe to handle before cleaning, disassembly, or storage.
