LITVAAZ is a product design, development, and manufacturing company specializing in next-generation smoking, vaporization, hookah, and electronic heating technologies. We combine industrial design, thermal engineering, electronics, material selection, and manufacturing expertise to transform original concepts into commercially ready products.

From concept development and prototyping to tooling, production, packaging, quality control, and international delivery, LITVAAZ can coordinate the complete product-development and manufacturing lifecycle for brands, distributors, cultivators, retailers, and industry partners. Clients may develop an entirely custom product, select from available LITVAAZ designs, or explore private-label and white-label opportunities where available.

LITVAAZ's development experience is rooted in years of work with air-heating technology, THC concentrate vaporizers, electric dry-material devices, electronic shisha systems, and luxury water pipes.

Among our developments is an adjustable nicotine/menthol E-Shisha platform, reflecting our longstanding focus on replacing conventional approaches with electronically controlled, purpose-designed systems.

Our work also extends to the development of postless and wickless concentrate-device architectures, designed to eliminate unnecessary internal components and create more direct, refined vapor pathways.

That philosophy ultimately led to one of LITVAAZ's most advanced developments: ZYLIT®, the Electronic Heat Management Device (E-HMD).

Developed by LITVAAZ in collaboration with its manufacturing and technology-development partner, ZYLIT represents the convergence of the company's experience in electronic heating, thermal management, airflow engineering, intelligent controls, and premium hookah design.

ZYLIT's advanced dual-module thermal architecture is engineered to manage heat from above and around the shisha chamber, supported by intelligent temperature and session controls, multiple operating modes, a high-capacity power system, and a larger stainless-steel shisha bowl—all within a purpose-designed electronic platform created to advance the traditional hookah experience.
